Steps

  1. In All reports → Construction contracts: certified by contract, by project and by month; client contracts by client and subcontracts by subcontractor.
  2. Each certificate shows the work certified, the retention held back and released, the advance recovered and the amount billed.
  3. The Contract register shows each contract's sum, what is certified to date and the retention held.
