Reports & Analytics: the home page

Steps

1. Go to Insight → Reports & Analytics.
2. Choose the period and, if you have several, the branch, then click Show.
3. The tiles show revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, net profit, receivables, payables, cash & bank and inventory value - each with its change on the comparison period (green is good, red needs a look).
4. Click a tile to open the report behind it. Below: the 12-month trend, sales by branch, top customers and receivables ageing. All reports lists every report by area.

Good to know

• Revenue is before VAT, net of credit notes. Gross profit, expenses and net profit show only to people allowed to see margins and financials.
