Notifications on your phone

Steps

1. Open 📱 Phone (on the phone you want them on). Under This device, tick what you want to hear about:
2. Approvals - documents waiting for your approval, and the decision on the ones you sent.
3. New sales orders - for those who approve sales (and owners); never for the person who entered the order.
4. Items falling below their reorder level - for those who buy or run stock (and owners), checked every hour; each item once, again only after it recovers and falls again.
5. Tap Turn on notifications, then Allow. Change the topics any time and tap Save topics; Turn off on this device stops them on that phone only.
6. Tap a notification to open what it is about. Every notification is also in the bell 🔔 and in Notifications.

Good to know

• Turn them on separately on each phone or computer. On iPhone and iPad they work once Navigate is on the Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later) and opened from there. A notification carries no business details through the phone maker’s service: the phone fetches them from Navigate over your own signed-in connection.
