Install Navigate on your phone

An app on your home screen - no app store needed.

Steps

  1. Android (Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet): open Navigate and sign in, then tap Install on the banner “Navigate on your phone” - or the browser menu ⋮ → Install app / Add to Home screen.
  2. iPhone and iPad (Safari): sign in, tap Share ⬆ → Add to Home Screen → Add. (Other browsers on iPhone: use Safari for this step.)
  3. Computer (Chrome or Edge): the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or the menu → Install Navigate.
  4. Open Navigate from its new icon: it opens full-screen on your phone home. Long-press the icon for the shortcuts Log a visit, New sales order and Approvals.
  5. Already signed in on a computer? Tap 📱 Phone at the top of any page to open the phone home.
  6. Share it with your team: the page Get the Navigate app (the link under Sign in, or 📱 Phone → This device → Share the app link) explains installing on each device and has a QR code. Send its link by WhatsApp, Email, Copy link - or Share… on a phone, for SMS, Telegram and the rest.

Good to know

  • It is the same Navigate as on the computer - your organisation, your role, the same data. Updates arrive by themselves: there is nothing to update in a store. Closed the banner by mistake? Use the browser menu, or 📱 Phone → This device → Install Navigate on this device.
