Steps
- In the Supplier portal → Dealer reorder alerts: By item shows, for each of your items, how many dealers are below minimum, their suggested orders, what they already ordered, your stock - and how short you are.
- By dealer lists each dealer’s items below minimum with their stock, minimum and suggested quantity. Filter by dealer or item.
Good to know
- It refreshes every hour. An account manager sees their own dealers. Dealers can choose not to share their list.
- Account managers on the Navigate platform see the same under Dealer reorder alerts in their Account manager desk (their dealers, per key supplier) and get the list by email each morning when it has changed; platform staff see it on the supplier in Platform → Key suppliers → Dealer reorder alerts.
