Subscription and plan

See your plan, what it includes, what you owe and your invoices.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription.
  2. At the top: your plan, its status, Paid until, Access until and To pay.
  3. Your plan's capacity shows, for each item, what is included, what is in use and any extra; below it are your Daily report recipients.
  4. Each open invoice can be paid with Pay with M-Pesa (or by card where offered).
  5. Renew or change your billing period, or click Request extension if you need more time.
  6. At the bottom: your invoices and your payment history.
