Following your key supplier orders and confirming delivery

Steps

1. Go to Key suppliers → the supplier → Track orders and open the order.
2. The tracker shows each step - amber while part of it is dispatched or delivered (e.g. “Partially delivered · 12 of 17”). Status updates and each item's status show what the supplier said.
3. When goods arrive, click Confirm delivery (at the top, with what is waiting), enter what arrived and confirm.

Good to know

• Nothing to confirm? The page says how much is still to be dispatched. Receive the goods into stock in Purchasing as usual.
